If you require a regular "Haircut," which typically includes the classic "short back and sides," we recommend choosing this option only if you maintain a consistent haircut schedule. For instance, if it has been more than three months since your last visit or if you have longer hair then would be considered a short back and sides schedule, we kindly request that you select the alternative service options.
 

The reason behind this request is that we often have back-to-back appointments, and when one customer's service extends beyond the allocated time, it causes delays and puts unnecessary pressure on us. Moreover, it inconveniences the next customer, potentially disrupting their plans for the day 😖. Ultimately, it affects our schedule and creates a domino effect throughout the day


In cases where the incorrect service is chosen and we are particularly busy, we reserve the right to retain your intitial deposit This is solely due to time constraints and our commitment to providing each customer with the attention they deserve.
 

We urge you to be mindful when booking your appointment to ensure a smooth and efficient process for your fellow passengers on this hair journey.
